Whether you’re just getting started or already progressing through your apprenticeship, you’ll get hands-on experience, great mentorship, and the chance to work on meaningful renewable energy projects.

What You'll Do:

• Assist with solar panel installations on residential, commercial, and ground-mount sites

• Work under the guidance of journeypersons to complete tasks safely and efficiently

• Learn to install systems based on Nuvo’s internal electrical and layout designs

• Use hand and power tools to support racking and panel installation

• Follow safety procedures, including PPE and fall protection

• Help maintain clean, organized job sites

• Show up with a positive attitude and willingness to learn

  
  

What We Offer:

• Apprentice Pay:

• 1st Year: $23.10/hr

• 2nd Year: $27.30/hr

• 3rd Year: $31.50/hr

• 4th Year: $35.70/hr

• 40-hour workweeks + overtime opportunities
