What You'll Do:

• Lead a crew of apprentices in the installation of solar systems on residential, commercial, and ground-mount sites

• Install systems according to Nuvo’s design specifications, while using your expertise to identify potential improvements or on-site challenges

• Ensure all work is completed efficiently, safely, and to Nuvo’s quality standards

• Mentor and guide apprentices, helping them build skills and prepare for future leadership roles

• Complete and manage safety paperwork in line with OH&S regulations, and uphold Nuvo’s safety protocols on every site

• Represent Nuvo professionally while interacting with clients—protecting our reputation through great communication and respectful conduct. Provide excellent customer service

• Maintain a clean and organized job site, vehicle, and crew at all times

• Journeyperson Pay: $42–$44/hr
