I began my career hands-on in the solar industry, installing hundreds of residential and commercial systems. As my experience grew, I moved into quality assurance, service management, and mentoring, helping ensure thousands of projects were completed to the highest standards. As a Master Electrician, I have been able to train, support, and build a workforce that’s skilled, reliable, and committed to doing things right.

I believe solar should be simple, accessible, and something people feel confident about. That drive to raise industry standards and help more people benefit from renewable energy is what continues to fuel my work today.
